After the whirlwind that was landing in KL, scooting off to Singapore, back to KL again and then hopping on a train to Ipoh to explore the temples of doom, it was high time on day seven to take it relatively easy and go see a few small sights in KL with Miranda. Because you know, on day six, when I got back from Ipoh, we didn't take it so easy and had a very drunken escapade in and around Bangsar. Haha! It wouldn't be me otherwise, right??? If you only knew... for my safety, what happened in KL, stays in KL. :p But on day seven, we took in a Chinese temple called Thean Hou and went to Jalan Alor to scarf down some amazing street food and man, were we stuffed! Enjoy the views!

Day Five - Cave Temples, Ipoh, Malaysia
Day four was a day of total transportation and swap out of gear in between, with a nice lunch with my friend who is hosting me in KL during my time here. Nothing eventful to comment on aside from a nice early flight, a great meal with Miranda, a shower/shave and a train ride to Ipoh. That one day I would spend in Ipoh, man, I ran all over the place, visiting no less than six cave system temples. Exhausting is not the word for it - there was a bevy of Tigers for me that night, lol ... and an offer I would not have expected here in Malaysia - Thailand yes, here, no... but on with the photos. :p
Day Three (part 2) - Chinatown, Singapore
Sorry for the delay in posting folks! Loads to show and talk on - had no readily accessible internet to do posts, but here they are again! On my last evening in Singapore, I went and explored all of the goodness that is Chinatown in Singapore ~ yes, yes, they actually have a designated Chinatown there, as odd as that must sound. And it was glorious! I finally got a taste of Singapore chicken and rice and took a small tour through a temple, but mostly just enjoyed the ambiance of this thriving community. Photos? Sure thing...
